Professionals of law firm TVINS represented insurance company in dispute regarding insurance indemnity

Professionals of the law firm TVINS successfully represented one of the largest insurance companies in the Baltic region in a dispute regarding an insurance indemnity.

A claimant claimed the insurance indemnity under an accident insurance agreement in a total amount of 30,000 EUR. The insurer refused the payment arguing that there was no accident insured under the insurance agreement, i. e. that the event is uninsured.

Professionals of the law firm TVINS drafted all procedural documents, collected additional evidences supporting the insurer’s position and represented the client at the court hearings.

After an examination of the case material the court upheld the legal position formulated by the professionals of the law firm TVINS and dismissed the claim.
