Managing partner of law firm TVINS dr. Tomas Talutis delivered a training about liability of directors and officers and its insurance (D&O insurance).

The purpose of the training was to show the practical situations in which the liability of the directors and officers of companies (board members, CEO’s, other persons holding managerial positions) may arise, as well as the legal peculiarities of the D&O insurance products offered in Lithuania and the clauses to be improved in order such products would be in the best interest of clients.

The training was attended by employees of insurance companies and insurance intermediaries.
