Professionals of the law firm TVINS provided legal services to Victory Funds UAB in obtaining a licence of an asset management company acting under the Law on Collective Investment Schemes of the Republic of Lithuania.

Victory Funds UAB intends to manage real estate collective investment schemes and collective investment schemes established under the Law on Collective Investment Schemes Designed for Qualified Investors of the Republic of Lithuania

Professionals of the law firm TVINS drafted all legal documents (internal policies, procedures, rules, etc.) which are required for obtaining the licence of the asset management company, represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania (the supervisory authority) and advised the client on general matters related to obtaining of the licence.
