Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the electronic money institution ConnectPay UAB on obtaining additional licence for 2 payment services: payment initiation service and account information service (after that – the Licence).

Professionals of the law firm TESET drafted all legal documents (internal policies, procedures, rules, etc.) required for the Licence, represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania, as well as advised the client on general legal issues in obtaining of the Licence.
