Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the asset management company Lords LB Asset Management UAB on the establishment of a new special closed-end real estate investment company Tewox AB.

Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the client on structuring of the investment company, drafted all documents of the investment company, including the Articles of Association, prospectus, key information document, management transfer agreement and other internal procedures, required for the activity of the investment company, as well as represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania.

The Bank of Lithuania approved the Articles of Association of the investment company on 30 April 2021.
