Professionals of law firm TESET successfully represented insurer in dispute regarding insurance indemnity

Professionals of the law firm TESET successfully represented one of syndicates of Lloyd’s of London in a dispute regarding an insurance indemnity.

A claimant claimed the insurance indemnity under a cargo insurance agreement. The insurer refused the payment arguing, among others, that the claimant does not have a claim right against the insurer and that the insurance agreement had not entered into force because the policyholder had not paid the insurance premium.

Professionals of the law firm TESET drafted all procedural documents, collected additional evidences supporting the insurer’s position and represented the interests of the client at the court hearings.

After an examination of the case material the courts of all instances upheld the legal position formulated by the professionals of the law firm TESET and dismissed the claim in its entirety.
