Professionals of the law firm TVINS advised the asset management company Eika Asset Management UAB on setting up of a new closed-end investment company for qualified investors Eika Real Estate Fund.

Professionals of the law firm TVINS drafted incorporation documents of the investment company under the Law on Collective Investment Undertakings for Qualified Investors of the Republic of Lithuania, offering document of this investment company, i. e. prospectus, as well as standard investment agreement; advised the client on general regulatory issues related to collective investment schemes and represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania.
