Professionals of the law firm TVINS provided legal services to Fjord Bank AB on obtaining a licence of a specialised bank from the European Central Bank.

Fjord Bank AB intends to provide financial services – acceptance of deposits and issuance of loans for consumer needs. All financial services will be provided electronically only.

Professionals of the law firm TVINS drafted all legal documents (internal policies, procedures, rules, etc.) which are required for obtaining the licence of the specialised bank, represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania (the supervisory authority) and advised the client on general matters related to obtaining of the licence.
