Domestique Asset Management UAB intends to manage collective investment schemes established under the Law on Collective Investment Schemes Designed for Qualified Investors of the Republic of Lithuania

Professionals of the law firm TVINS drafted all legal documents (internal policies, procedures, rules, etc.) which are required for obtaining the licence of the asset management company, represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania (the supervisory authority) and advised the client on general matters related to obtaining of the licence.
