Professionals of law firm TVINS advised Mundus UAB asset management company on setting up of new investment fund

Professionals of the law firm TVINS advised the asset management company Mundus UAB Asset Management Company regarding setting up of a new closed-end investment fund intended for informed investors „MUNDUS Mezzanine I“.

Professionals of the law firm TVINS drafted the documents of the fund, including rules and prospectus, as well as represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania.
