Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the investment management company DIFF Assets UAB on the establishment of new closed-end investment company designed for informed investors DIFF Finance UAB (after that – the Investment company). According to the investment strategy of the Investment company the main investment direction will be investments into residential real estate and into real estate generating commercial incomes, including land plots.

Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the client on structuring of the Investment company, drafted all documents of the Investment company, including the Articles of Association, prospectus, key information document and other internal procedures, required for the activity of the Investment company, as well as represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania.
