Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the investment management company Lords LB Asset Management UAB on the establishment of Baltic Opportunity AB, a new closed-end investment company for informed investors (after that – the Investment Company).

Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the client on structuring of the Investment Company, drafted all documents of the Investment Company, including the Articles of Association, Prospectus, Management Transfer Agreement, and other internal procedures, required for the activity of the Investment Company, as well as represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania on the approval of documents of the Investment Company.
