Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the crowdfunding platform letsinvest.eu on expanding its existing crowdfunding service provider licence with new services.

The crowdfunding service provider licence of the crowdfunding platform letsinvest.eu was expanded with these additional services: the placing without a firm commitment basis of transferable securities and admitted instruments for crowdfunding purposes issued by project owners or a special purpose vehicle, the reception and transmission of client orders, as well as the service of using special purpose vehicles to provide crowdfunding services.

Professionals of the law firm TESET drafted all legal documents required for expanding the crowdfunding service provider licence, updated a full set of internal documentation of the crowdfunding platform letsinvest.eu and represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania.
