Professionals of the law firm TVINS advised “INVL finasta” UAB FMĮ in obtaining the licence of investment firm

Professionals of the law firm TVINS provided legal services to “INVL Finasta” UAB FMĮ in obtaining the licence of investment firm (B category of the licence). This is the first licence (B category) issued by the Bank of Lithuania, when it took over the supervision under Lithuanian financial market as of 1 January 2012.

Professionals of the law firm TVINS drafted all legal documents (internal policies, procedures, rules, etc.) which are required for investment firms, represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania (the supervisory authority) and advised the client on general matters related to obtaining of the licence.
