Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the investment management company Lords LB Asset Management UAB on the establishment of Uptown Development Fund, a new closed-end real estate investment fund for informed investors (after that – the Fund 1), and Baltic Residential Fund, a new closed-end real estate investment fund for informed investors (after that – the Fund 2).

Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the client on structuring of the Fund 1 and Fund 2, drafted all documents of the Fund1 and Fund 2, including rules, prospectuses, and other internal procedures, required for the activity of the Fund 1 and Fund 2, as well as represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania on the approval of documents of the Fund 1 and Fund 2.
