Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the investment management company Union Asset Management UAB on the establishment of UNION Fintech Investment Fund, a new closed-end investment fund for informed investors (after that – the Fund).

The Fund intends to invest in equity securities (for example, shares) of large, medium and small market capitalisation companies whose main economic activity is research, development, production and/or distribution of technologies which are used and applied in financial services; development, implementation, maintenance, etc. of payment systems and/or other financial technologies (FinTech sector companies).

Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the client on structuring of the Fund, drafted all documents of the Fund, including rules, prospectus and other internal procedures, required for the activity of the Fund, as well as represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania.
