Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the investment management company Union Asset Management UAB on the establishment of UNION Hospitality Investment Fund, a new closed-end investment fund for informed investors (after that – the Fund).

The Fund intends to invest in residential and non-residential buildings, real estate objects, such as hotels, co-living buildings, buildings for people of various social groups (dormitories, orphanages, shelters, foster homes, etc.) and other real estate objects that can be fitted or are fitted for accommodation and generate rental flow or operating income.

Professionals of the law firm TESET advised the client on structuring of the Fund, drafted all documents of the Fund, including rules, prospectus and other internal procedures, required for the activity of the Fund, as well as represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania.
